Outlook 2016 address book not updating

As a faculty/staff member, your Outlook program automatically syncs with the Exchange server on a regular basis. For example, say a new person joins your workgroup.

You are unable to see his information in your address book.

All versions: check Download changes since last Send/Receive box.

When connected to an Exchange server, Outlook will automatically synchronize the address book once every 24 hours.
